  • 500g robust white bread flour, plus additional for dusting

Methodology

  • STEP 1

    Put the porridge in a big mixing bowl with 300ml lukewarm water. Stir within the flour, sugar, salt and yeast till absolutely mixed. Cowl with a moist tea towel and go away to show for 1 hr, or till it has nearly doubled in dimension.
